After months of waiting, a commercial rental unit finally found a suitable tenant.
The previous tenant had left unexpectedly, without clearing the space, and appointed a contact person in Singapore to manage the transaction.
Securing the right business to take over and coordinating with multiple parties made the process quite challenging. This experience provided valuable lessons in handling staggered year-over-year rentals, GTO, negotiating rent with a major landlord, and remaining patient with staff who frequently reminded that approvals were “subject to management.”
Thank God the new tenant entrusted me with the entire process, as they urgently needed a suitable shop, and I appreciate the client’s confidence in me to complete this transaction.
