URA Launches Dairy Farm Walk GLS Site For Tender

On 11 March 2022, the Sim Lian Group was awarded this site in a Government Land Sale (GLS). The joint venture of Sim Lian Land and Sim Lian Development Pte Ltd submitted the top bid of SGD$347,001,000. The $980 psf per plot ratio (ppr).

The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has launched the Dairy Farm Walk GLS site for tender. The site, located near Hillview MRT Station and the German European School Singapore (GESS) campus, has a land area of about 15,663.2 square metres and a maximum gross floor area (GFA) of 32,893 square metres.

It has a maximum permissible plot ratio of 2.1 and can yield up to 385 residential units. The development will also have frontages along Dairy Farm Road, Bukit Timah Expressway (BKE) and Dairy Farm Heights Condominium.

2017 The Group obtained T.O.P for its first commercial development – Vision Exchange. The Group also opened its first retail mall- Hillion Mall in February 2017.

Sim Lian Group began in 1976 as Sim Lian Construction, a building and construction firm with extensive capabilities and expertise in construction.

In 2001, in response to changing market conditions in Singapore, the Group embarked on property development with the formation of Sim Lian Land.
