Year 2025 was a stellar year in terms of new lauches as we see many projects performing very well on the first day of launch.
Does that mean we should be worried that there won't be any supply of new homes for sale?
URA will continuously monitor the market and release lands for sale to ensure sufficient supply in the market. Now another question arises, 2026 might have a good selection of homes, does that mean i shouldn't buy in 2025? The property in Singapore are stable, with prices rising in accordance to the economy. The new launches in 2026 will mean land purchase at a higher prices than those in 2025 so we will see units selling at a higher price.
For those who have missed out in 2025, it good to consider entering into the market this year to find the unit that most suitable for you, expecially the new launches located throughout singapore.
