Very happy to be able to help my lovely seller to secure the record highest price for 4R in her cluster!

Had to overcome a few challenges as the house requires much renovation and 3 months extension. Not forgetting the frequent trips I have to make all the way to Ghim Moh. But I decided to focus on the positive aspect of the house with it's unblocked view, perfect facing without West sun and within close proximity to a shopping mall.

This initial offer was very low, but with much convincing and the assistance from the helpful co-broke, I managed to push on and secure a price higher than her expected selling price. And it is sold in less than 1 month of marketing!

The harder you work for something, the greater you'll feel when you achieve it! :)

Cold calling is never easy for introverts. But I believe one must step out of their comfort zone in order to grow! After many rounds of calling and facing countless challenges. I've managed to secure 2 exclusives for the week! I must say, it's a great way to start the month!

Now, it's time to focus on getting a good price for my sellers who placed their trust in me :)
