As much as we do not like our cost of living to increase, it will surely increase after the Circuit Breaker restrictions are lifted.

In fact, with all the property cooling measures that our government has put in place over the years, coupled with additional costs that will be passed on to customers, it will be a smarter move to buy now and wait rather than to wait and then buy.

We finally have an announcement on the Temporary Relief Measures for the Property Sector!

1. For developers - an extension of timeline for project completion period.

2. For individuals looking to apply for ABSD remission - an extension of timeline for sale of 1st residential property.

Cooling measures will not be eased and are here to stay for the foreseeable future.
