One more home that sold beyond the seller's expectations.

This unit was marketed for 2 months and was previously tenanted. The house was a mess and cluttered with things, so it couldn't really be felt how spacious and beautiful the unit was.
Luckily, the owner ended the lease and focused on selling his unit. You can see the before and after effects from the pictures below.

The unit sold 1 week after the tenant moved out. We tidied up the unit with the owner so that next potential buyer could have a pleasant viewing experience.
We had an open house with seven groups of buyers. An offer was received two days after the viewing and it CLOSED.

Sometimes, visualization is very important and gives buyers a good impression.

Was assigned to sell this unit with a greenery view right infront of the house.

Whether is it a matured estate unit or new MOP cluster, we will do our best to assist the owners if they approach us.

This unit was bought through us 5 years ago. They are now looking to buy a bigger unit due to added new members to the family.
