As Singapore decentralizes and public transportation improves, the average prices of new condos in city fringes (RCR) and outside the city (OCR) have closed the gap on the average prices in the city (CCR).
Over the last 10 years, from Q3'12 to Q2'22, average prices of new launches in OCR (green line) have gone up 79%, followed by prices in RCR, (orange line, 56%) and CCR (blue line, 31%).
