Latest information

Developer has confirmed the name to be Pasir Ris 8 instead of Ryse Residences

And below are just some brief info we have gathered based on casual meet up with developer. (Subjected to changes)

1. The mall/commercial space is will be the biggest in Pasir Ris. It’s even bigger than the Bedok Mall.

2. The retail space are not for sale and will be managed by developer.

3. The retail space will be similar to the feel of the upgraded Great world City Mall.

4. Total number of units expected is 487.

5. Possibly the launch will be in 2nd half of the year.
