FURAMA // A grab and go self-service pantry built out at this renovated lift lobby gives 10F guests access to toiletries, towels, coffee, tea (and chocolate!! ..Ok I added those 🤣) whenever they need it! It’s a smart take at understanding what Millennials actually value in a hotel experience and what parts they find superfluous.

Added local art , functional containers, lighting and big tropical stems to finish out the colorful carpentry.

FURAMA // Bright, edgy & abstract! A series of freshly renovated rooms are live on the Furama Riverfront hotel site for looking and booking! So happy to catch the final images after propping and styling these rooms for their photoshoot debut earlier this year. This wing of the hotel is now redesigned largely for Millennials and digital nomads wanting a stylish, comfortable and smart work/play base to explore the city and connect from. Check them out!

In small spaces, dining tables easily become catch-all surfaces squished up against a wall - maybe practical, but definitely not inspiring. Here I reclaimed the space just by switching out the shapes and floating the table in the middle of the nook.

Which would you rather sit down to eat at? 😉

Table is , chairs bought on .sg from a lovely restaurant’s close out - lots of deals to be had at the moment if you know what to look for! Acacia wood bowl is from market in Bangkok

On crowded closets..

Seller’s thought: “its a standard closet, everyone can see that.”
Buyers thought: “the current owner’s things are squeezed in this closet - I don’t think it’ll be enough space for my things either.. this house doesn’t have room to grow”

For those planning to sell, editing closets to be only 50% full costs you $0 (!!) and gives buyers a feeling of spaciousness and a promising lifestyle upgrade.. and selling or not- there’s no time like the present to and ... it’s therapeutic, I promise 😆
