Ever since I took over this whole house for rental from previous agent who is now not practicing real estate, the price was held at $1400 in 2019. When I took over to market in 2020 during COVID, the price was increased to $1600. Then 2021 closed at $1700, 2022 closed at $2450 and now closed in Jan 2024 at $2600.

Monday Blessings when I got a message from one of my guest who came for my Saturday's Book launch. I used to liaise with Maj (Ret) Tuan Haji Muhd Hassim when he was in-charge of LBKM (Lembaga Biasiswa Kenangan Maulid) many years ago. LBKM is an organisation awarding Bursaries to the Muslim Community in Singapore which I had supported before. I was honoured for him to attend my Book Launch thus, reconnecting back with who's who in our Malay Muslim community. Million thanks to all my guest also who had come to support me.
