Recently, I had a discussion with a landlord about leasing her HDB as the current tenant is moving out. We weighed ⚖️ two options:

1. 🔹Option A: Home staging to get a better price but risking a 1-2 month vacancy.
2. 🔸Option B: Showing the house in its current state after four years of occupancy.

After researching the market, we decided to explore 🔁 both options rather than guess. In the end, 🔸Option B succeeded, securing a good price that benefitted both the landlord and new tenant, and avoiding the vacancy risk of 🔹Option A.

The whole day was a busy affair on Saturday, with running up and down to five locations, back-to-back viewings, handing over keys to a tenant, and signing and delivering OTP to a buyer. It was a fulfilling and tireless day, and I feel recharged even past midnight. “My Jan” looks good 😃 am happy to have started the year of the Dragon 🐲 by cracking the first sale egg around all my cool customers who have placed their trust in me.
