This one really hurts. It’s been 3 weeks and I still struggle everyday to accept that you are no longer with us.

You were my best friend before the concept of friends was even a thing, and it’s crazy for me to think that I won’t be able to tell you about all the things that I’m going to do in my life from here on.

I have always known that you won’t be with me forever, yet I’ve always been selfishly hoping that you will live long enough to witness all my milestones in life. I can only seek solace in knowing that you’ve reunited with gong in a much better place. You can rest in peace, I promise to take good care of mum and Kaofu for you.

Given how competitive the market is today, thankful that my buyer was able to secure a 3 bedroom premium unit in an integrated development with capital upside as one of the first movers in an upcoming township!

Homeowners under 30 🥶

So on a fine day in London 2 weeks ago, we optioned a 3 bedroom unit at one of the hottest new launches in D15, and arguably the market today 🤙 (Almost 99% sold on first day really got me good 🥴)

This purchase would not have been possible without all the trust and support from my family, clients turned friends, referrals from close friends and clients alike over the years that allowed me to even have the luxury to consider this purchase in the first place. You all know who you are ❤️

Having been in the market looking for a place to call home over close to a year, it wasn’t easy to marry both the own stay criteria and profitability aspect. Furthermore, I had to pull the girl you see in this picture away multiple times when she saw something she liked, only for me to veto the purchase because I feel that the property has reached its foreseeable peak in the selling price. Thank you for supporting me through all these years, it’s finally time for me to fulfil my promise of letting you experience Katong living 😘

Having done the research and with a strong belief in Singapore’s real estate market, I strongly encourage everyone who’s on the sidelines about their property purchase to hit me or even your close property agent friends up to see your options today! Stay invested! 📈

210222 𝘑𝘕𝘈 𝘛𝘌𝘈𝘔 𝘎𝘈𝘓𝘈 𝘕𝘐𝘎𝘏𝘛

It took me awhile to figure out how to document down my thoughts about 2021 from a work perspective. For those who have been following my work posts, you guys would know that I liken the real estate industry to that of a rollercoaster ride, a thrilling ride with crazy highs and lows.

After 3 years with the team .realestate, we have our very first official gala event. It’s surreal to think back on those days where the team comprised of a bunch of university undergraduates, armed with nothing more than ambition, courage and an undying passion to prove to giants within the industry that we too, could provide immense value to our clients despite lacking the perceived years of experience that makes an agent good.

Apart from thanking my clients for their support and trust in an agent who was still in university, I want to thank my family for their unwavering faith and support as I choose the path less travelled. Thankful for my second family .realestate, the bros in the team for making work that bit more bearable, and also for being that mentor who changed my life since 2018.

Last but not least, thank you my dear for being there with me through every high and low in this journey. For reminding me to persevere when all hope seems lost. For trusting and encouraging my decisions even when I doubt myself. I would have achieved a whole lot less without you 💕

2021 was great, and 2022 will be better. Looking forward to helping more clients find their dream home and be a better version of myself ☺️👊

Super happy to have been able to help my client secure a fantastic investment unit with a competitive entry price and strong upside to kickstart their asset progression in real estate!

There were multiple times where the deal almost fell through as there were multiple groups of buyers who also had their eyes on the unit that was specifically chosen for our clients. Super thankful to my bro and tagger for helping to fight for the unit so that my client can get his dream unit 🙏🥰

What made this process even greater was the opportunity to serve this client with my brother . Will never forget the late night discussions and arguments over which is the best investment property for our client 😂 Not forgetting the stressful moments while trying to fight for the unit for our client 🤣🤣

The journey as a real estate broker is best described as a rollercoaster ride, with pinnacle highs and valley lows. However, the smile on my clients' faces are always what makes it all worth it 🥰

In a year of uncertainty and consistent negativity from the coronavirus, I'm thankful for the trust from my clients and the support from my friends and family to keep me going every single day. I'm nothing without all your support ❤️
