I had the privilege of helping this wonderful couple, who also happen to be my friends, find their dream home. 🏡✨

After searching the market for a while, we finally came across a rare 4-room unit that was attractively priced. Naturally, it drew high demand and intense competition. With their budget initially focused on 3-room flats, my clients knew this was a golden opportunity they couldn’t afford to miss.

Drawing on my experience with HDB valuations, I estimated the value to be much higher than the seller’s asking price—yet still comfortably within their budget and a fantastic deal for the area. This gave us the confidence to make a competitive offer.

They took a leap of faith, and I’m so thankful their trust paid off as we successfully secured the house! Congratulations to my clients on this exciting new chapter, and thank God for such a wonderful outcome. 😃

Have been renting out this client's rooms multiple times and managed to get higher rental amount each time as the property market goes.

From 750 to 800 to 880 and now $1100 :DD

Honestly thought it would be harder due to market saturation but with good marketing strategy, unit highlights can be capitalized to maximize rental profits 💪

Old has gone and the new has come!

I'm thankful for 2022, with its ups and it's downs.

Life is a journey and it's never linear. Some years are great and some are not so. For me, the last few years have been filled with much more happiness than my previous, yet there's still so much more of my own personal goals and aspirations yet to be achieved.

No more silly "next year will be different" kind of resolutions. The only resolution I would like is to stay faithful to Him who is always faithful to us, even when we are not.

Oh and to exercise regularly.

Completion day with my clients! This was one of the more memorable ones as both of us were in the same trimester and viewed the houses as heavily third trimester pregnant ladies.

Many phone-calls to HDB were made to iron out some hiccups in the processing of the application, and negotiations took a week due to unforseen circumstances.

Truly a roller coaster ride, but I am happy to have assisted them with a relatively fuss-free housing purchase with the perfect house to suit their requirements! Have a great home!😇
