𝟮-𝗕𝗥 𝟮 𝗕𝗮𝘁𝗵 𝗟𝗼𝘄 𝗙𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗿 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗼 𝗥𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝘁 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗥𝗮𝘁𝗲
The owner is a long time co-investor with Abiel. This was one of his investment units and he engaged RFP immediately to stage the unit when he collected the keys. He knew that he needed to get it leased out soonest possible, especially knowing that it was new with many other available units then.
Our team got the place staged in a week, photos and videos taken, and got it quickly leased at $4,300/month in 5 days, setting the highest record for a low level unit at the time. However, 2 months into the lease, the tenant had to leave Singapore for work purposes.
The team got down to work again, clearing and cleaning up the unit to be ready for lease once again. This time, in just 2 days, the owner got an offer of $4,650/month, with a very good tenant profile.
He's a happy owner, with a happy tenant.
