The private residential property price index has increased by 3.8% quarter-on-quarter (qoq) in 3Q 2022, compared to a 3.5% qoq growth in the preceding quarter. The highest rate of non-landed property price increase is in the OCR with a 7.5% qoq growth.
The positive price growth in the third quarter is partly contributed by a strong overall demand for private properties, with high take-up rates for suburban new launch condominiums such as Sky Eden@Bedok, Lentor Modern and AMO residence.
