Singapore home prices are still going up — but Gradually for now.

• Prices went up +0.7% in Q4 2025
• For the whole of 2025, prices increased +3.4%

What this means: homes aren’t getting cheaper, but prices are no longer jumping fast like before for now!

Is this a Good Time to Buy?

YES, if:
✅ You’re buying for your own stay
✅ You plan to live in the home long-term
✅ You’ve checked your budget properly

Prices are expected to grow slowly (about 3–4%) in 2026.
