CDL top bid(6 bids) of S$294.9 million or S$904 psf ppr in 𝙒𝙤𝙤𝙙𝙡𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙨.

Bids were slightly below expectations of S$950 to S$1,050 psf ppr indicated by analysts previously.

The site can yield around 350 private homes, stretches about 14,433 sq m and has a maximum gross floor area of 30,309 sqm.

𝗟𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗹 plot top bid(2 bids) of about S$435.2 million or S$982 psf ppr came from a joint venture between Hong Leong Holdings, GuocoLand and CSC Land.

This site can generate around 475 private housing units, stretch about 14,703 square metres (sqm), with a maximum gross floor area of 41,169 sqm.
