Personally, I am a huge fan of condominiums. One of my favourite things about living in a condo is that there are so many amenities on the property. For example, we have a clubhouse, fitness centre and pool.

Another great aspect of living in a condominium is that it's usually close to public transport and the amenities in the neighbourhood (such as restaurants or supermarkets).

In addition, condos are usually surrounded by a park or garden and have landscaped walkways.
