One of the most mentally draining closings we’ve had — the buyer only had time to see the showflat 1 day before the price increase.

We spent 5 hours at the showflat, followed by continuous discussions over WhatsApp all the way until 11pm, when we finally sealed the deal — just 1 hour before prices went up.

Really thankful for the buyer’s trust in our analysis and conviction on why this was one of the safest entry prices in the market, giving her stronger upside potential when it’s time to exit.
