New EC rules you should know ๐Ÿ‘€

โ€ข MOP extended from 5 โ†’ 10 years
โ€ข Full privatisation pushed from 10 โ†’ 15 years
โ€ข First-timer quota increased from 70% โ†’ 90%
โ€ข Deferred Payment Scheme (DPS) removed

Good news for first-timers. Tough news for HDB upgraders.

BUT. A total of 1,970 units across existing & upcoming EC launches, including Senja Close, Sembawang Road, Miltonia Close and Woodlands Drive 17, are NOT affected by these new rules.

These could be the final few EC launches under the old framework.
