Sometimes, itโs the unexpected moments that lead to the most meaningful journeys.
On the second day of CNY, when most showflats were closed and most agents were off-duty, showed up at Chuan Park โ very ill (I'm talking fever, chills, the full works) but committed. That decision led us to this amazing family who walked in, simply looking to pass time and explore options.
After hearing their story, we knew The Orie was their true match, close to their roots in Toa Payoh, and everything they envisioned for their next chapter. The only thing standing in the way? Their unsold 4-room flat.
After we shared our essential buyers' guide with them, they took a leap of faith and entrusted us; two people they've only just met with both the sale and their upgrade. With the sale finally secured, we raced to The Orie showflat that very evening to seal the deal on their new 5-bedroom dream home.
