Boxing day surprise! 🎁 Beyond thankful to have concluded some of my toughest deals to date amidst the bearish property market this year. Also a bonus to have ranked top 51 among 3000+ agents for the month of Nov 🥳

Interterrace: This 20+ year old property was in its original state from day 1. During my first visit the place was almost falling apart as it was tenanted for a long time and the tenant did not maintain the place well. We had barely any viewings initially until I told my sellers to do some simple touch up and maintenance works to uplift aesthetics of the unit. Amidst the bearish market, a separate unit in the same development sold way below the market value and things were looking bleak. But after much negotiations and aggressive marketing I managed to fight for the best price for my clients and offload their property for their retirement. It was an arduous journey but definitely an eye opening one.

Penthouse: This penthouse was well renovated and well kept. That being said my clients had high expectations as they had plans to upgrade to a landed home. This meant higher upfront costs, mortgage and many other miscellaneous costs which justified their expectations. Not gonna lie I knew it was a challenge as the expected price was 300-400k above valuation. My clients were initially going to engage a well known brokerage which had great media exposure. But thankfully after hearing my pitch they felt that I was a better fit for them and I wasn't pushy at all. Eventually, just barely within 1 month of marketing we managed to close the deal at almost 300k above valuation for my clients.

This career hasn't been the easiest at all. Many deals fell through and many opportunities were lost but it definitely taught me to brave through the hard times and stay positive. As long as you keep your head held up high anything is possible. A big thank you to my clients for their trust and my mentor for always being there. Looking forward to a fruitful 2024 for all of us hustling out there 🤗💪

Not gonna lie was off to a rough start at the start of the year but had to brave the weather and continue to persevere. Glad to be able to reap the rewards eventually. To any of you reading this, if you are having a hard time now, tell yourself that it will end soon as long as you put your heart and mind to it and don't give up. A winner is just a loser who tried one more time💪 (scroll to the end for my life mantra hehe😁)

Can't believe I managed to attain 15th position among realtors below 30. It's been a hectic but rewarding year so far, trying my best to strike a perfect balance between my business, my passion and time with my loved ones.

Extremely grateful and honoured to be a part of this award ceremony by . To be ranked 104th position in an agency with over 11k realtors in just a little less than 1 year into this business really means a lot to me. But I guess this also means much more expectations for myself. A big thank you to all my clients who stood by me and gave me the chance to prove my abilities, I will promise to continue to do better.

Shoutout to for the constant guidance. My family, and also one person whom I have never really spoken much about who was an integral part of my journey. My father.

Thank you for always encouraging me even though you don't really express it the right way most of the times haha. But to be honest, deep down I knew you always had faith in me ever since day 1 even though back then I was faced with doubt from others. I guess you came from a place of fear because of your past experiences and so you didn't want me to be affected. However, the funny thing is, it pushed me to work even harder, not to show myself that I can do it but to show you you can too as long as you trust yourself.

Thank you for always allowing me to use the car for appointments, sometimes even sending me to places even though you end up just sitting in the car waiting for me for hours. Thank you for always telling me you knew I could do it and thank you for always being proud of what I do, whether it's my career as a realtor or my passion as a magician. This award is for you and I will do my best to make you and mummy proud again.
