I still remember how scary it was to leave a stable, paying corporate career in 2022.

I had no idea where this leap of faith would take me. I just knew I wanted to build something of my own. Something meaningful, where I could grow, challenge myself, and be part of other people’s milestones.

And I never looked back.

⏩️ Fast forward to today,
2023: 5X my previous income in my first year.
2024–2026: continued growing, learning, and achieving milestones I once never thought were possible.

But honestly, it was never really about the awards.

It was about learning to stay consistent when things got hard.
Doing the things I didn’t feel like doing.
Showing up even when I doubted myself.
And having the right people around me when I needed that extra push.

I’m incredibly grateful for the bosses for building this community and support system that has been such a big part of my journey. From VOD Fundamentals, Mentorship, Frameworks and Trainings, to the people I now call family who have walked alongside me through the highs and lows.

I’ve grown so much because I didn’t have to figure everything out alone.

Resale mostly looks cheaper but is it really cheaper? Compare similar quantum instead of psf, and a brand new unit is often closer within reach than people assume. Layout matters too. Some older resale units simply weren’t designed for how families live today.

Neither is automatically the smarter buy. It comes down to your quantum, your timeline, and what you need the space to actually do for you.

I’ve seen this play out again and again. Two buyers, same neighbourhood, same MRT line, completely different returns, because one entered before land bids pushed benchmark prices up, and the other bought in after. A “prime location” doesn’t protect you if you paid too much to get into it.

A seller ignored my advice. It cost them $200,000.

They priced above what the data actually showed and waited for a number that never came. Two weeks in is when a listing gets its best offers. Every week after that, buyers start reading it as a red flag, not a bargain.
