Yesterday, Coliwoo joined LHN Group and its subsidiaries in supporting Food from the Heart’s community efforts. Together, our colleagues sorted and prepared essential food packs for senior beneficiaries.

The initiative provided an opportunity for Coliwoo to contribute beyond the workplace. Through this collective effort, we hope to make a positive and lasting difference in our society.

Coliwoo has entered into a proposed sale of two freehold properties at River Valley Road for a total consideration of S$45.8 million.

The transaction allows Coliwoo to unlock value from its property portfolio and recycle capital into higher-yielding growth opportunities, while continuing to operate the properties under a three-year leaseback arrangement. The expected net proceeds of approximately S$18.7 million will support debt reduction, working capital and future projects.
