🚧 New Berlayar Estate rising on former Keppel Club site 🏘️

Big news for public housing in Singapore: the upcoming Berlayar estate will now include ~7,000 public flats (up from 6,000), alongside 3,000 private units, as part of the Greater Southern Waterfront redevelopment. 

The first BTO launch (Berlayar Residences) will take place in October, offering a mix of 2-room flexi to 4-room flats + rental units.
