En bloc die-hard Peace Centre finally nails it with S$650m deal

PROPERTY player Chip Eng Seng, a SingHaiyi joint venture and Ultra Infinity have made a joint S$650 million bid for Peace Centre/Peace Mansion, by way of a private treaty, the companies announced on Friday (Dec 3). Read more at The Business Times.

✅ Met one of the owner by chance a couple of years ago, they contacted me sometimes during the Covid Lockdown period to help them sell their property due to they need to move on.

They were feeling worried as their property were not able to maximize its potential for viewing during the lockdown period plus age of the property , they felt many buyers were not too keen despite their property is in very good condition and very well maintained.
