both agentwow & i had our closings yesterday, serving our sellers in their property journeys. want to share that despite what you are hearing about the market right now, there are still homes being sold & purchased! but it requires cooperation & patience from our dear sellers.

thank you to our clients who continue to put their trust & confidence in us to serve them & for understanding the current market conditions.

1 unit took 2 months while the other took 5 months to meet the right buyer. marketing increased but due to the market, homes just dont move as fast as it used to. BUT dont lose hope! in shaa Allah with strategic pricing & continuous marketing from our team, we will work to meet your property goals.

met this couple when I first went doorknocking 6 months before their unit reached their 5-yr MOP. they had less than 30k of mortgage loan left & were asking if it was wise to fully pay this home before they sold it & upgraded to a 5rm. My advise was completely opposite of what they wanted to do. Why fully pay when you already have the intention to upgrade?

That started our conversation.

Their unit reached its MOP, we managed to secure a buyer with realistic & strategic pricing, unit is now sold & they are one step closer to their upgrading goals!

Another beautiful Gala night! From being the emcee last year, this time Boss appointed me as the Floor Manager 🥹 then even participated in the Ladies dance!!!!! humz dance???? we dont know her. kinda love stepping out of my comfort zone & finding out new things I enjoy doing. challenging role to make sure everything is in order, activities as per schedule, make last minute decisions to ensure a smooth Gala, but with the support of the girlies from our committee, alhamdulillah, Bollyaward night 2026, a memory I will keep in my heart.

Alhamdulillah for receiving an award too, 69th position in our division 🥹 every year I hope to climb up & up, to be better than I was last year, in shaa Allah 🙏🏼
