Off day today took Mus’s and his wife Ina for a very simple lunch back to where it all begin here in Johor!
They use to patronise this very simple but delicious kampung style cuisine very often back when they were staying in Johor for many years
It’s reminiscent of the times where simple meals like these will suffice and that it’s the time spent together that’s the most important
But ultimately, it’s never forgetting where we came from that will eventually pave its way to success.. staying strong together throughout thick and thin❤️

Happy to have assisted 2 sets of buyers who completed their purchase this week!
In both cases, there's only 1 working buyer which means, only a single income household.
Thus, it was essential that we did thorough planning for their finances in purchase and get the figures right so that they would be able to afford a suitable sized unit without overstretching their finances monthly. Alhamdulillah we did just that and managed to get units that has no COV and no extension also. Yayyy!

When they first approached us, their main motivation was to Sell their current flat & relocate to a different part of Singapore.

When they first approached us, we explained it will take abit of time to sell high priced units that's under Ethnic Quota Restrictions simply because of the small pool of buyers eligible to purchase. 😫
