Throwback to 2020

A neighbour approached me to sell his house

After analysing his situation, advised him to hold back on the sale and to buy another property to take advantage of the low prices and to allow the current one to appreciate further.

Fast forward to 2023, his new property has appreciated by approx 400k.
And sold the existing one for a cool 640k of profit, up from just 300k in 2020.
