After a full year of hard work, here we are!

Thank God for the awards and recognition for what we achieved in the past year - not just for myself, but also for my associates as well as my project team!

Behind the resounding success of Skye At Holland, is the crazy hard work, sacrifice and commitment by our team of ICs!

It’s not just about effort - it’s also the teamwork and the pure love we have for each other as well.

As we celebrated our success together with a sumptuous dinner, we were constantly reminded that it was the presence of God that brought us together, and it was our steadfast faith that brought forth our victory.

Even when it seemed like we were falling behind, we prayed. We believed.

We never stopped pushing forward, and our belief in the product was unshakeable.

Eventually, by God’s grace, we emerged as the champion agency for the launch!

Thank God for bringing us together, not just closer to each other, but also closer to Him.

Propnex Mid Year Report Card - #263 out of 13,000+ realtors! Top 2% 🙌🏻

Long overdue post as I didn’t attend the Mid Year Convention ceremony in person due to an overseas holiday 😅

With every award received, it is an affirmation that I’m on the right track, and more importantly it is a reminder that I have to keep growing.

Biggest credits definitely have to go to for guiding me and providing me with the sharpest insights and always helping to point out my blindspots. Thank you Matt!

And of course, for being the ever present in my life to keep me sane and focused, so that I can be the best possible version of myself. Thank you dear ❤️

God has been really good to me, and I give thanks for what I’m blessed with.

Lux Team 10th Anniversary Party was a huge success! 💙

Very thankful to be part of the organising committee, and to play a part in this fun-filled event to commemorate Lux Team’s decade of excellence.

When I first joined PropNex in 2018, I told myself that my goal was to be an established member of the Lux Team… Yet it took me until 2021 before I officially became a Lux Tagger for the first time with The Reef At King’s Dock.

Fast forward to today, I’m grateful to be among the Senior ICs in Lux Team, leading several Lux projects in the past year. All these are possible only because of the support from many Lux peers as well as the leadership and direction from and also !

Thank you bosses for the opportunities, trust and guidance all these years to help me grow not just as a realtor, but also be moulded as a leader.

With the Lux Team, I found myself a family in real estate. We all have 1 simple common goal - which is to help PropNex sell out as many Lux projects as possible through empowering consumers with the right knowledge of the Lux market!

To my dearest fellow ICs and PICs that I’ve worked with in the Lux Team, I’m so glad that we crossed paths and worked so well together for our projects. It’s not just about the success we achieved, but also the fond memories we shared!

In an intensive and yet fruitful 2 hours’ discussion, I led our Skye At Holland PICs for our sales think tank meeting, during which we went deep into the numbers to ensure consumers’ interests are protected.

Kudos to my 10 PICs for turning up in full force and also contributing so much to the session! Well done 👏🏻

We are super excited to discover so many layers of price protection for Skye, this is definitely a project that will take the market by storm due to its super attractive entry prices!

And so a new journey begins 🙌🏻

After an intensive 4 months working on UPPERHOUSE At Orchard Boulevard, I’m honoured to be appointed as Senior Lead IC for my next project - SKYE At Holland, a joint-venture by Capitaland, UOL, Singland & Kheng Leong Co!

I’m looking forward to work alongside with & for this project, and also the incoming PICs that we are about to appoint soon!

Project marketing has always been my passion and forte in the last 10 years, and I’ve dedicated pretty much almost my entire real estate career to work on new developments.

With every project, there are always different challenges we face, and each time we force ourselves to overcome every single hurdle that comes our way.

I’m grateful for every single experience, and now it’s time to write another exciting new chapter with Skye At Holland!
