Two homes, one address. 🗝️

In 2018, an underused service room got a second life. It's now a fully self-contained studio with its own entrance and an original spiral staircase at the back. Dual-key living, done right.

The rest of the home? A quiet history lesson. A 1960s ceiling fan turns above 1970s terrazzo, beside 1980s marble. Each layer was added by a different generation, and none of it was erased by the next.

Then there's the view. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame a heritage tree's canopy so full, the city seems to stop right outside the glass.

🏡 A home that reflects how you actually live will make you happier than the developer's cookie-cutter default.

Take one of the homes I recently worked on: pastel walls, original tiles, timber that shows its grain, and brass fixtures already earning their wear. True character no new luxury launch can replicate.

I don't just list homes like this — I know what goes into making one. This is the space I work in: homes where someone has already put thought into the bones, or homes with the right bones waiting for someone who will. Shophouses. Walk-ups. Terraces. Character apartments. Even HDB flats.
