The Government has introduced several key changes to the Executive Condominium (EC) housing scheme to better support first-time homebuyers amid rising EC prices and strong upgrader demand.

Key updates include:
• Increase in Priority Quota for first-timers
• Extended Priority Period for first-timers
• Removal of the Deferred Payment Scheme (DPS) for ECs
• Longer Minimum Occupation Period (MOP) for future EC launches
