Being in the property journey for more than 10 yrs, here are some valuable lessons I've learnt:

1. Keeping my eyes open for new opportunities because when it strikes I am prepared.
2. Always enjoy the process.
3. Believe in my own strengths and abilities

The journey has been worthwhile. I am happy to claim that many of my clients have benefitted from my assistance. Be it their new home or a good investment unit.

What about the cooling measures? Don't worry. The measures are here to help distribute wealth more evenly so that it does not escalate into a bubble

I came across this simple lesson:
"We cannot control what other people think and we don't control outcomes"

What else can we do besides helpless ?
-Shifting perspectives
-Practice gratitude
*Because we can control our own responses & actions

Because of this pandemic
- I learnt how much I missed spending precious time with my family & my close friends

I believe things happen for a reason

Maybe some of you are still feeling frustrated from the never ending volatile changes
It's time to start paying attention. What else can you prepare to protect you and your family so that you can still enjoy your life? Are you growing your assets properly?

What Would You Do If You Weren’t Afraid?

May I suggest that you start baby steps forward?
Because there is NO SUCH THING as keeping your life on pause until you are fully unafraid or ready.
I didn't realize how important it was to keep going; even though I was (and still am) fearful of a lot of things.
The huge reluctance to step out of my comfort place is real.

Time flies by very quickly. Until you are truly fearless it may be too late.

Growth and progress happens when you make better decisions while living.

And then you will be glad you did it. Despite being afraid.

Love Yourself as You Are

Now that the restrictions of gatherings have loosened up. It's back to more activities and work

Sometimes with all the hustle and bustle we forget that we're still human and not a machine 😅

So let's be mindful; set aside time and allow ourselves to recharge.
🥰-Go to your favourite cafe
🥰-Don't forget to eat healthy foods.
🥰-Start an exercise schedule.

By setting my mind, body and emotions up well, I can handle my family, work and clients requests beautifully.

Many exciting things happening at the same time and closed a couple of deals for my clients recently!

Time & Security (Part 2)

If you haven't realized yet, its time to pay attention.

Instead of waiting for others to give you security, start taking charge to grow your hard earned savings.
MY favourite asset class is without a doubt: Property
But in order to grow returns, you will need to be guided properly to choose the right one for your needs.

Although I wished someone could have come into my life early and guided me to properly manage my portfolio instead of having to walk around so many obstacles. （冤枉路）

But then, this long journey made me the person I am today.

I'm confident to be able to help my clients sort out their assets and solve their problems because of my fruitful experiences.

Secure jobs were in exchange for financial security then

Let's think of the world's surprises like the kinder egg surprise. 🥚🐣
Kids love the egg toys and we also have lots to observe from their responses.

Actively look out for those 'surprise eggs' (生活彩蛋）in your life and try looking forward to receiving them.

This will hugely change your mindset and function more from gratitude than the fear of the unknown

If I'm faced with 2 'roads', I will sometimes try to take the road less traveled. Just so I can be pleasantly surprised by the unexpected benefits and experiences from it, where it will shape my life.

I used to like thinking about goals and resolutions. Be it for the year or the next 5-10yrs
It's already June and so many things are changing.

I'm thinking maybe goals are not as important compared to direction and clarity.

Still my goal for the remainder year is to help 10 more families get their blissful homes. 😀

If you ask me: staying relevant is very important.
Being aware and fluid enough for change (even if it were to happen the next day)

But always always enjoy the present
