MAN AT WORK!

Why do I go through all the trouble to de-clutter, touch up, do minor repairs for the property that I intend to sell?

I know for a fact, after being in the real estate business for over a decade, that buyers do not want to see your property in its worst light but they want to “see” their next property in the best light. It’s not about the way the seller live in the property, but how the buyer is going to live in it.

Sellers that I worked with, who took my advice to do the above, will always get the best price possible for the properties they are selling and at the shortest time possible.

Home owners owe it to themselves to work with their real estate representatives to get the best possible for their sale.

If a $2 pack of crackers can have such nice packaging, what more a property that costs hundreds of thousands of dollars?

This project is so exclusive and private that developer Swire Properties don’t allow any photography to be taken, which is a bit disappointing for me as the show unit is very impressive and awesome.

The materials are all customised and crafted by top craftsmen and promises ultra luxury living for the privileged.

Only 20 units, each sitting on a single floor plate of 3,035 square feet!

I’ve seen quite a few luxury projects in the last year and I must say this is one of the top 3!

Very sweet indeed!

This concludes my last transaction of the year. Happy buyer, happy sellers, and an even happier me to be blessed to have met and served them. It’s been a good year with some hits and misses, but most importantly, a great learning journey of self discovery and self actualisation. Crunch time #2020 with new goals and motivations! !
