Family of Dick Lee puts prime bungalows on sale for $60m with proceeds to go to charity

…Three adjoining freehold bungalows in Chancery Hill Road and Dyson Road will go on the market at an indicative price of $60 million, with all proceeds to go to charity.

This translates to $1,866 per sq ft (psf), based on a combined land area of 32,148 sq ft, marketing agent Cushman & Wakefield said on Monday….
