Option exercised for my first timer buyers!
We first met online and after an initial viewing session, we sat down to work out the finances, timeline and buying process in detail. From there, I planned out their purchase options and we set off to hunt for their first home!🤔

After we explored several different types of units, we finally shortlisted and started the negotiation for their choice unit. After a few days of intense negotiations, we finally secured their dream home that is:

Congrats to my lovely seller and her daughter on the sale of their 3rm flat at 925 Jurong West! 🥳

Met this mother/daughter duo in one of my past listings and they shared their current situation of trying to relocate from west to northeast to be near her family. 👭

✅secured their sell/buy timeline planning for smooth transition from current home to next

Thankful for the trust from my lovely clients. When I met them in March, they shared that their existing 3rm flat was too small for their family of four and they needed an extra bedroom. Fast forward 6 weeks, we successfully sold off their unit and found their dream home! 🏡
