We have just wrapped up our inaugural JCD Town Hall, celebrating the close-knit bond our team has formed over the years.

As Kelly highlighted, we are a humble, generous and open-hearted family thus attracting like-minded individuals. Even if they are not, they will develop into one. 😃 This is indeed our family’s DNA.

In this session, we revisited our accomplishments in 2023, aligned our vision for 2024, and appointed trainers for our signature F.A.S.T training. We are confident that both Chief trainers Kelly and Kenn can further enhance the F.A.S.T system and help every team mate to become an even better advisor.

What is even more important at this session is to take some time to reflect and understand ourselves. We took time to look back at what we have achieved for the past 10 years and how each of us can look forward and achieve what we want 3 years later. The camaraderie felt during this Town Hall truly embodies our family spirit.
