Hey lovelies!

Happy New Year from me to all of you, using yet another beautiful propnex template with my headshot which I did not update at all so I can retain my youth. Hehe!

Max occupancy increases from six to eight!
HDB and URA implemented this temporary measure with the intention to ease rental pressure and hopefully stabilize the market rents. This is applicable only to 4-room flats onwards, and private properties with an area of at least 90sqm.
Will this measure be effective?

Time check: 11.35pm. Just got home, washed up and digesting all of the good things happening in the last 2 days.

Always very thankful for amazing cobroke agents who know their stuff and it just makes it so much easier to work with them.

Finally finally finally managed to get my hands on the otp for my buyers!

Their search hasn't been easy, and we've seen most of the resale condos that they were originally keen in. For a young couple, family planning and building their future was key, and thus decided to explore resale hdb in a popular and convenient location.

Unit itself is at a popular location, with good schools surrounding and plenty of amenities, coffeeshops and supermarkets - this of course meant there was bound to be competitor buyers too.

But super thankful for awesome cobroke experience with who helped smoothened out the process and convincing the sellers as well!

Congrats to both buyers & sellers!

This would not have been possible without the support & trust of my clients who allow me to walk the real estate journey with them.

This would not have been possible without those who have given me rejections, objections, challenges in this industry. Without them, I wouldn't have learnt.

This would not have been possible without my mentor, dear friend, sec sch classmate, .propnex who roped me in and got me started.

This would not have been possible without my husband and kids, who see me through the best and the worst days, celebrated my success & and picked me up from my failures and anxious moments.

This role is full of ups and downs, without grit, resilience and support, there is really no way.

I am blessed and humbled for receiving this award & recognition by SEAA, and will continue to strive for the best service for my clients.
