谢谢同学们的陪伴，谢谢队长和老师的支持和教导带领我们走上大师的道路。

特别是自从2019年终于可以上大师的道路，这三年不容易和一直在等待和期待上课，因为内心的挣扎和疫情下很期待可以在12月看到王老师和呂老师来到新加坡。

我们第二队是新加坡站的冠军。谢谢队员了，一心一意向这条路走下去。

I want to say thank you to POP with POP, we have made our life simple and much understanding what is the arise and make us think through what is it for us in life and how can we defect any problems arise from any situation that we are facing in our life. This is life long learning journey for us.

Prices of resale non-landed private homes climbed for the 15th consecutive month in October, although fewer units changed hands, according to flash data from real estate portals 99.co and SRX on Tuesday (Nov 9).
Condominium resale prices climbed to a new high last month, but the month-on-month price rise slowed to 0.7 per cent from 1 per cent in September. Year on year, resale prices were up 9 per cent from October last year.

The private housing market is expected to maintain its positive momentum for the rest of the year, after developers chalked up fairly healthy sales in August despite limited new launches and heightened restrictions to combat the pandemic.

DEVELOPERS moved 1,215 new private homes in August - a month which had the Hungry Ghost Festival as well as several weeks of heightened restrictions - nearly 24 per cent lower than July's take-up. Read more at The Business Times.
