This client was referred to me by a mutual friend, as he wanted to sell his rental property to start his semi-retirement. Finding a buyer was difficult because the property had an odd layout, small kitchens, and no views from the windows. Additionally, the nearest amenities were quite far, and one ceiling was peeling. I have took the initiative to get contractor at my own cost to resolve the issue. After months of persistence and determination, I finally found a buyer who fell in love with the house and decided to purchase it. Judy and her family recently sold their house and were on the lookout to upgrade to a resale private apartment. I recently had the pleasure of working with Vincent, who was referred to me by a satisfied client.
