Alhamdullilah. Ramadan mubarak. Closed another deal.
A responsible child would want to live closest to their parents home, more so if their parents are getting much older and need to keep an eye for.
This is what happen to my buyer who wanted badly to stay closest to their parents and was very happy that they got a unit at the same block as their parents.
