Here’s 3 mistakes you don’t want to repeat:

1️⃣ Sea views = MUST (75% of units have it… you’re going to NEED it to exit)
2️⃣ Size > layout (east side = family buyers, bigger ALWAYS wins)
3️⃣ Transformation = pain first (dust, noise, delays… but ok, MRT is half the battle won)

📍Bayshore is HOT, but don’t just follow hype — buy with exit in mind.

There’s this family i’ve been serving for a while… brought them to have a look at quite a few properties but noticed that the Mr was a man of few words, often with a very clear mind of what he wanted but seemingly stressed when the houses we were viewing couldn’t meet his requirements.

It was not until one day I went to them with the idea of perhaps waiting 3 years for an almost “Perfect” match. But it was not that easy because there were a lot of challenges ahead that we still had to clear to make things work. There were a lot of numbers, a lot of conversations to be had, a lot of doubts and then a lot of clarity.

At least the clarity came when the couple brought their kids to view the showflat today, and said to their parents “Mummy, can we live here?”.

It was at this moment, I saw the Mr smile just a little bit, for the first time! It is this very moment too, it clicked that this is what it felt like, when I find my clients a home, not just a house.

While that moment lasted briefly, it gave me the confidence and the energy to want to do my BEST for them. I want them to not regret the day they entrusted me to do this job. I want to be accountable to the people who gave me the opportunity to do what I do today.

Thank you Mr and Mrs L for the faith you placed in me for taking this BIG step towards your next chapter. I’ll make damn sure you HUAT to the bank in 4 years! 🥰
