Her passion is to help clients fulfill their dreams β be it securing a dream home or achieving financial freedom through real estate investment. Her forte is to do upgrading (sell and buy) for her clients. She runs through detailed spreadsheets covering cashflows / loan / CPF / moving timelines. Through careful and detailed calculations and planning, she ensures that her clients are prepared and their transactions are executed smoothly. Aside from pursuing her career, Huimin specializes in results-based and passion coaching. She is accredited as a Professional Certified Coach with International Coach Federation and a Certified Reiss Master Profiler. She uses these life skills to help clients / colleagues / friends find clarity, discover their real motivations / blindspots and set action steps to achieve their goals. Prior to joining Propnex Realty, Huimin was in Corporate Banking serving multinational corporations and conglomerates. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Honours) with a major in Finance from the National University of Singapore.
