My name is Joseph Tan and I am an Associate Division Director with PropNex Realty Pte Ltd for the past 13 years.
Before I joined the Real Estate Industry, I was an instructor with the Singapore Air Force for 7 years and also pursuing a degree in electrical and electronic engineering concurrently in Nanyang Technological University.
I graduated from NTU and at the same time, I completed my contract with the SAF.
By a twist of fate, I joined the real estate industry to try out a new career in 2004 , and thankfully, I have never looked back.
Ultimately, I found my calling in sales. I am deeply passionate about real estate and being a real estate professional allows me to do what I love most. My past experience as an instructor in the Air Force has taught me to be a good listener to other people’s needs and problems and also gainfully engage with them. This, to me, is an important part of being a real estate professional.
I am a good listener and analyst, therefore, I will take time to understand your needs and problems and offer you the appropriate choices or solutions and finally, address them.
Looking back at my past 13 years, I have helped many of my clients to achieve their needs such as upgrading, downsizing, relocating and investing to achieve financial freedom as well as capital appreciation.

This joy has given me the drive to strive in my real estate career.
