So after looking at Thomson Reserve over the last 4 posts… how does everything come together?

For families, there's another important attribute to consider.

🏫 Ai Tong School is within 1km of Thomson Reserve.

And when we put everything we've covered in this series together, the proposition becomes quite interesting.

Not all views are created equal.

One attribute that immediately caught my attention about Thomson Reserve is the characteristics of the site itself.

The development sits on elevated land, and depending on the stack, orientation and floor level, some homes could potentially enjoy beautiful open views towards the surrounding greenery and reservoir areas. 🌳🌊

And this matters.

When I'm looking at a new launch, I don't only study the floor plan.

I also ask:

👉 What's in front of the unit?
👉 How far away is the next building?
👉 Is the surrounding area heavily built up?
👉 What could the view potentially look like from the higher floors?

Sometimes, choosing the right stack and facing can make a huge difference to how a home feels.

Imagine coming home, stepping onto your balcony and looking out towards a wide, open horizon instead of another block directly in front of you.

Some client relationships go far beyond a single property transaction.

Tonight, I caught up with clients whom I’ve had the privilege of serving for the third time. Five years ago, I helped them upgrade from an HDB flat to a condo. Now, as life enters a different chapter, we’re planning their journey back to an HDB.

It reminded me that property planning is never just about buying bigger or selling higher. It’s about choosing a home that fits the season of life you’re in.

Over dinner, our conversation wasn’t just about houses. We spoke about ageing, staying healthy, travelling while we’re still able, and how important it is to grow and protect our wealth so that we can enjoy life with peace of mind, especially when unexpected health challenges come.

As we grow older, our priorities naturally evolve.

Sometimes success isn’t measured by owning a bigger home. It’s having the freedom to choose a lifestyle that brings comfort, financial security, and precious time with the people we love.
