Super thrilled to be able to assist my buyers secure their move-in ready ideal first home at Waterway Woodcress, where workplace, LRT, malls and polyclinics are just within minutes away, and has a balcony with a great view!

Also glad to help a tenant rent a brand new unit in a mixed development, surrounded with good food and minutes walk to MRT station!
