A Sale That Wasn’t As Easy As It Looked 🏡
Alhamdulillah, another 5-room flat in Tampines successfully SOLD! 🎉
But honestly… this sale was far from straightforward.
From the very beginning, we were involved in guiding our clients through the process — including appealing to HDB for the ethnic quota to be uplifted, while also managing the expectations of both the ex-husband and ex-wife.
The flat was tenanted, and its condition wasn’t exactly the easiest to market. Yet, our clients had a target price they were hoping to achieve.
We had buyers come for viewings…
Then they left.
More viewings… still no offer.
This is where perseverance matters.
We continued to advise, manage expectations, follow up with buyers and, most importantly, trust the process.
