PM Lee announced these new housing measures at National Day Rally 2018:
✔️230,000 more households will benefit from the existing Home Improvement Programme (HIP) as it is extended to flats built between 1987 and 1997.
✔️A new programme, HIP II, for flats when they are about 60 to 70 years old.
✔️A new Voluntary Early Redevelopment Scheme (VERS) for some flats around 70 years and older. This would spread out the redevelopment of towns and maintain vibrancy.

[Property Market Update]

A total of 2,240 apartments were transacted in July 2018 (up from 1,679 in previous month). Here are the top 10 best sellers in Singapore including units sold and average psf.

The highest psf achieved was $4,179 for a 1,991 sqft 4-bedroom on the 58th floor at Wallich Residence in Tanjong Pagar.

Lowest psf done was $548 for a 2,701 sqft 5-bedroom penthouse at Northvale in Choa Chu Kang.
