A pretty full month — both at work and at home.

🏠 4 closings
2 sales, 1 purchase and 1 rental.

✈️ Our first family trip overseas
and Ryson’s very first flight.

💻 Also my first time working while overseas — learning how to switch between family time, holiday mode, client updates and negotiations happening back in Singapore. 😂

Definitely a different kind of September.

A little chaotic, a lot of memories, and very grateful for everyone who trusted me with their property journey this month.

Perth 2026 — Part 1 ✈️🤍

Our first family trip, Ry’s first overseas trip, and his first experience on an aeroplane.

Travel feels very different now. The itinerary is no longer just about us — it’s mostly about giving the kids the best experience we can.

Travelling with a toddler is definitely tiring 😂 and somehow there are fewer selfies of myself now… my camera roll is basically all about him.

He had so much fun with his cousins, and it was really nice watching them bond and create memories together.

Ry is quite a picky eater, so meals are always something we have to think about when travelling. Thankfully, he didn’t lose too much weight this trip. 😂

A very different kind of holiday for us, but one I hope we’ll get to experience many more times. ❤️

It’s about making sure the numbers, valuation, cash flow and timeline all line up before you commit.

Some people prefer to DIY, and that’s completely fine.

But sometimes the expensive part isn’t the agent fee you’re trying to save — it’s the mistake you didn’t know to look out for.

Is the property market really slowing down?

From what I’m seeing on the ground, yes — enquiries are quieter, buyers are taking longer to decide, and they’re comparing more before making a move.

But that doesn’t mean every property is struggling.

Homes that are harder to replace can still command strong prices, while more common units may need sharper pricing and better positioning to stand out.

That’s why for sellers, pricing and positioning matter even more in today’s market.

And for buyers, a slower market may give you more room to negotiate — but if the right unit comes along and there aren’t many alternatives, you may still face competition.

The market may be slower, but it’s also becoming more selective.

If you’re buying or selling soon, don’t just follow the market headline — understand where your specific property sits in today’s market.

Happiness isn’t always about luxury.

It isn’t always the branded bag, the supercar, the expensive watch, or anything money can buy.

Sometimes, happiness comes in a form that has no price tag at all.

A little smile.
A silly laugh.
A warm hug.
Seeing someone you love simply being happy. ❤️

For me, happiness is this little chap. 🥰
His smile, his laughter, and all these little moments that may seem ordinary now… but one day, I know I’ll miss them the most.
