PROVISION OF SECURITY SERVICES
Bibi’s Empire Ltd hereby invites qualified, competent, and experienced security service providers to submit applications for the provision of security services for the upcoming contract period. The current contract is due to expire on 30th April 2026, and the Company will conduct a competitive selection process in line with its procurement policies and governance standards.
Tender Details:
◆ Advertisement Period: 17th April 2026 – 27th April 2026
◆ Scope: Provision of professional security services across company premises
Expected Standards and Requirements:
◆ Deployment of well-trained, disciplined, and uniformed security personnel.
◆ 24/7 security coverage with proper shift management.
◆ Strong access control and visitor management procedures.
◆ Ability to respond promptly to incidents and emergencies.
◆ Effective supervision and regular reporting to management..
◆ Compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
◆ Proven experience in handling commercial or corporate security operations.
◆ Competitive prices / rates with high standard service deliverance.
Submission Requirements:
◆ Company profile with relevant experience.
◆ Valid registration and licensing documents.
◆ Technical proposal outlining service approach.
◆ Financial quotation.
◆ Emergency Response car.
All applications must be submitted within the stated period and in accordance with the requirements that are communicated in this platforms above. All applications must be submitted as hard copies delivered to Twin Towers, Bibi’s Empire Ltd Offices, within the official submission period.
Submission Period: 16th April 2026 to 27th April 2026 Late or incomplete submissions will not be considered.
