The current contract is due to expire on 30th April 2026, and the Company will conduct a competitive selection process in line with its procurement policies and governance standards.

Tender Details:
◆ Advertisement Period: 17th April 2026 – 27th April 2026
◆ Scope: Provision of professional security services across company premises

Expected Standards and Requirements:
◆ Deployment of well-trained, disciplined, and uniformed security personnel.
◆ 24/7 security coverage with proper shift management.
◆ Strong access control and visitor management procedures.
◆ Ability to respond promptly to incidents and emergencies.
◆ Effective supervision and regular reporting to management..
◆ Compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
◆ Proven experience in handling commercial or corporate security operations.

Bibi Empire is seeking a professional and experienced Housekeeping & Laundry Supervisor to join our team at Twin Residence Tower Apartments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations
- Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and facilities to ensure high cleanliness standards
- Assign duties and prepare staff schedules
- Train and guide housekeeping staff to maintain service quality
- Monitor cleaning supplies and report shortages
- Handle guest requests and complaints related to housekeeping professionally
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety standards

Requirements:
* Diploma or certifate in hospitality management from a verified institution.
* Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality (supervisory experience is an added advantage)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an added advantage)
