Condolences message on the passing of Ruai Gatot Nyoach

On behave of Bul Community Association ( BCA) leadership and my own behalf as Secretary of Information, communication & public relations
we are deeply saddened to hear about the loss of Ruai Gatot that occurred on19th may 2026 at Bentiu state Hospital
I extend our heartfelt condolences to the immediate family, Wangbuor payam and the Bul community of Mayom.

May the cherished memories of your son/Elder' teachings, guidance, and legacy be a source of comfort and strength during this difficult time. Elder Gatgatot was an exemplary figure, renowned for his kindness, compassion, and wisdom. His passing has left an un-fillable void in the lives of all who knew him, and he will be deeply missed.

Please know that you're not alone in your grief. We're with you and the entire family in prayers, and we'll continue to support you through this challenging period.

Once again, please accept our sincerest condolences. May God grant you the strength and courage to bear this loss, and may he comfort you and the entire Gatot Nyoay and Nyawan Pech family during this difficult time.

I extend our heartfelt condolences to you, your family, Nyang Malou of Pub payam, Bul Nuer of Mayom, in particular and entire Bentiu community as whole.

Public Notification:
Dear Honorable & distinguish members;
On behalf of Bul Community general assembly and my capacity as Chairperson of BCA executive board, allow me for this opportunity to notify you officially and bring your attention in line with constitutional respect and democracy ethics as every members of Bul community that, our constitutional mandate term is going to an end on the 3rd week of February 2026 through the BCA 5th convention toward the general election on the 4th week of February 2026 according to the article 31, clause (a) of the BCA constitution 2020.
Any further postponement of the election on the stated date will base on the electoral board decision.
Any arrangement according to the article 32, clause (a) &(b) of the BCA constitution 2020.
Therefore; I argue every members of this beloved community who is willing to serve this community in the upcoming leadership shall be prepared and ready for the fair and free election according to the article 31, clause (g) & (h), read together with article 11, sub article (2), read together with article 12, clause (a) & (b) of the BCA constitution 2020.

Honourable & distinguish members;
Time is yours, the constitution is ours, your attentive manner is always noticable, democratically valued and delightful moral principles with BCA constitution 2020, but the BCA 5th convention scheduled timetable with be release out in the 3rd week of February 2026 by the electoral board, within that timetable, the EB will also enlisted all equipments and categories of the 5th convention February 2026.

It is unfortunate to see such divisive and stereotypical rhetoric used against the Bul community, Reducing any group/Society to a simplistic label like "food lovers, cat type, consumers" in a derogatory manner is disrespectful and dismissive of their rich cultural identity and history. Similarly, assigning a political identity to 80% of a community as opposition to the sitting Governor based on assumption rather than dialogue is a tactic that deepens social, incitement and political divisions.
The statement is unfounded& unrealistic, the leadership of the Bul Community Association condemned it in strongest terms.
Which mechanism did you used to reach this extent that 80% of the Bul community hate Justice Riek Bim?
if I may ask you DG how do you rates the percentage? could you provide us with their names? is it wise to insults the community because Mr X oppose the leadership of Justice Bim? Is it wise for intellectuals/graduate like you to abuse the other community as you did?
Going astray always will lead you to lost your job and face the law in the nearer future if you don't change.
Director General is civil servant not a political position
you're mandated to manage the Ministry' policies because DG is the administrative officer of the Ministry, it's shameful to bite the only hand that feeds you.
The history of cat you that you labelled on your post is opposite base on what I know.
I advise you to focus on issues not the identity of the people.
The current & the former Governor are our sons and we thanked H.E the President for trusting us the most.

Let's respect ourselves as society as well as intellectuals of the state.
I call upon the leadership of Unity State to capacitate the civil servants particularly the Ministry of Culture Youths & Sports so that they will be able to know the difference BTW public servants & civil servants,
Politics & community, degratory& supporting.

BCA appreciated the leadership of H.E Justice Riek Bim, Governor of Unity state for trust bestowed upon our dear Sons to serve the people of Unity state and Mayom County respectively.
